1st Class
We were established in 2003 by a Quantity Surveyor to run a project of building a school, hence the name 1st Class Services. The company is growing with recommendation and proven quality and innovative project management methodology to offer wider services and build on the past successes in the construction industry.
Now focussing on providing benefits to both industry, corporate and public sectors the Project Managers have a vision of making this a household name in the facilities management and education contracting industry, as well as acting for other professionals in the construction building chain.
Project Management has always been a juggling act and this is the masterly skill of each of the staff involved in the team. Keeping a number of things up in the air whilst managing a number of other difficult issues surrounded by legal contract law is something that should be left to professionals.
